- How to change or cancel my reservation?

- Do I incur booking fees when booking online?
- No. No third party booking fees are lavied. You will be charged the same as you are charged when you walk in.
- How to plan a meeting or group reservation?
- Group reservation are not yet available on line however you can call us or email us and we can book it for you with respect to terms and condition agreed and availability.
- Will I get any refund if I cancel my booking?
- you will get full refund if you cancel before 7 days of arrival by writing and email to booking@citinnpatna.com, with valid reason. Refund will be given after deducting - Admin charges, GST and any other government charges.
- You will get 50% refund if you cancel before 2 days of arrival by writing an email after deducting admin charges, GST and any other government charges.
- You will not get any refund if there is "No Show".
